Founded by Dr. Karen Hathaway Viani, we believe that people are the foundation and the core component of organizational success. Karen and her partners strive to facilitate the success of people, helping them get the most of their careers in the technology sector. Karen combines 25 years of relevant experience, a doctorate in systems engineering, and Integral Coach(TM) certification to support organizations, teams, and individuals seeking to transcend existing challenges and overcome long standing obstacles.
She shares a deep understanding of what people at all levels have been through in their careers, from early career to retirement planning, for students, high potential staff, and executives.

Her training includes a doctorate in systems engineering and an MBA, and she is a certified Integral Coach.
